The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Marriott brand standards. The role ensures smooth daily operations, effective team leadership, and consistent service excellence from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

  • Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Marriott’s “Spirit to Serve” culture
  • Resolve guest complaints and service recovery issues professionally
  • Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, SOPs, and QA audits

Front Office Operations

  • Manage daily front office activities including Front Desk, Guest Services, and Bell Desk
  • Oversee check-in/check-out processes and VIP handling
  • Control room inventory, upgrades, and special requests using LightSpeed PMS
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Security teams

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate front office associates
  • Prepare schedules, manage attendance, and control labor costs
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions

Financial & Administrative

  • Ensure accurate cashiering, billing, and night audit processes
  • Monitor front office expenses and revenue opportunities
  • Support upselling and guest loyalty initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Previous experience with Marriott International is mandatory
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience, including supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong working knowledge of LightSpeed PMS is required
  • Proven leadership and guest service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy programs
  • Experience in luxury or full-service Marriott properties
  • Strong interdepartmental coordination skills

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
