As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, providing exceptional guest service while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the safety and security of our property. Duties
- Welcome and assist guests arriving during the night shift, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial activities using hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals or early departures with efficiency and hospitality management expertise.
- Monitor security cameras, conduct patrols of public areas, and ensure the safety of guests and staff throughout the premises.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate with front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and management to address guest needs and operational issues overnight.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Assist in managing guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns with a positive attitude to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Hours we are looking for are (overnight) 11pm-7am.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or guest services roles.
