Your qualifications:
- Oregon bar license (other states are a plus but not required)
- At least 3 years of estate planning experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Draft, review, and customize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their unique financial situations and family dynamics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of recipients of all types and backgrounds.
- Ability to focus and prioritize when faced with demanding situations.
- No ego, we work and function as a team, with everyone pitching in where needed.
