•     Handle probate and trust administration matters from start to finish

•     Meet with clients to assess goals and develop tailored legal solutions

•     Develop new client relationships and take on new matters

•     Conduct legal research and stay up to date on changes in relevant law

•     Collaborate with support staff and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented attorney who takes ownership of their work and is committed to delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications:

·        8–12 years of estate planning and probate experience; some book of business preferred

·        Strong knowledge of Oregon probate and trust laws (similar experience with Washington law a plus)

·        Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

·        Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management abilities

·        Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment

·        Confidence in client interaction and collaboration with colleagues

·        J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Oregon State Bar (Washington State Bar Association admission a plus, but not required)
