Veterinary Receptionist
Four Paws Veterinary Services located in Mystic, CT is a small animal veterinary hospital seeking a full-time receptionist. Job duties include handling client communication via telephone, email, and text, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out of the hospital, processing payments, and organization of the front desk. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated with strong computer and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and triage duties appropriately, communicate effectively, and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
