Role Description The Financial Services Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role supports advisors in delivering the Planning Experience (PX) by gathering client data, preparing financial analyses, and assembling plan documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client records, assisting with account opening and servicing requests, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring timely, accurate follow-up on client needs. The Associate will help monitor client portfolios, prepare meeting materials, and respond to inquiries related to financial products and services. Additional tasks include contributing to process improvements, adhering to compliance and cybersecurity standards, and supporting a client-centric, values-driven culture.
