Spa Receptionist - Hotel

Salary: $22 hourly

Fouquet's New York is looking for a Full-time Spa Receptionist that is responsible and dedicated to ensuring all clients have a luxurious experience. The candidate must provide and maintain a superior level of client service standards and create a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Answer the phone promptly and use the client's name throughout the phone conversation.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when inventory is low.
• Communicate effectively with all service providers, guests, managers, and fellow employees.

The ideal candidate would have:

• 1 years of hospitality experience (i.e. restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, etc.) with a proven track record of superior customer service
• Must love hospitality and interacting with customers
• Strong understanding of retail operations, policies and procedures
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Must be a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients
• Passion for beauty, skincare, learning and trying new things every day!
