Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or service as needed
- Manage time efficiently during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or senior living.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on resident satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during meval services.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is advantageous
