Jupiter, FL | Up to $140K Base Bonus

Foundry is partnering with an established South Florida General Contractor looking to add an experienced Construction Superintendent to its team in Jupiter.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a strong presence across Palm Beach County and a healthy pipeline of work, with a particular focus on healthcare, commercial interiors and renovation projects.

Healthcare experience would be ideal, particularly within occupied hospitals, medical facilities and other live environments, although strong commercial Superintendents with extensive interior renovation experience will also be considered.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of projects in the field and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure they are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Drive project schedules and short-term lookaheads
• Manage commercial interior renovations and build-outs
• Coordinate phased construction within occupied facilities
• Lead subcontractor and progress meetings
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues
• Work closely with owners, architects and project management
• Manage punch lists and project closeout

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
• General Contractor experience preferred
• Healthcare construction experience highly desirable
• Strong commercial interiors / renovation experience
• Experience working in occupied or operational facilities is a major advantage
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to independently run projects in the field
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• South Florida experience preferred

You don't necessarily need to come directly from healthcare. Strong Superintendents from commercial interiors, renovations, education or other technically complex occupied projects are encouraged to apply.
