Responsibilities

• Prepare food for banquets, restaurant service, and cafeteria operations

• Assist with cold station and banquet food production

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards

• Properly label, store, and rotate food items

• Assist chefs and kitchen leadership as needed

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

• Banquet or garde manger experience is a plus

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
