Responsibilities

Prepare food for banquets, restaurant service, and cafeteria operations

Assist with cold station and banquet food production

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards

Properly label, store, and rotate food items

Assist chefs and kitchen leadership as needed

Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Qualifications

Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

Banquet or garde manger experience is a plus

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
