Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide support to students with special education needs, ensuring their participation in classroom activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and other activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
- Support the emotional and social development of children through effective communication and interaction.
- Assist in organizing educational materials and resources for lessons.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting is essential.
- A background in early childhood education or childhood development is preferred.
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management techniques is advantageous.
- First aid certification is a plus, ensuring readiness for any emergencies that may arise.
- Previous experience in daycare, toddler care, or infant care will be beneficial.
