What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Teacher - Infant Classroom position at Foundations Learning Center?
Foundations Learning Center is looking for a candidate that will work permanent, full-time hours of 7a-4p. This person should have experience working with children 6 weeks through 2 years of age.
Responsibilities:
- Implement an overall curriculum for the classroom alongside a co-teacher
- Communicate with center leadership and with parents to meet each child’s cognitive, emotional, physical and social needs
- Work closely with assistants and volunteers to create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Maintain records of the progress made by children and report this information to parents every 6 months
- Develop a plan with the director for professional growth and development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
