What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classroom Assistant Teacher position at Foundations Learning Center?
We are looking for multiple candidates who could work any of the following shifts for 5-20 hours per week.
Weekday afternoons from 2:00-6:00p
Weekday mornings from 7:00-9:00a
This part-time role supports childcare classroom structure and function. Specific tasks may include:
- Assist lead teacher in implementing units of study that include daily lessons
- Assist lead teacher in implementing activities to reinforce the lessons
- Meet the basic daily needs of young children
- Help lead teacher create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Complete center opening tasks
- Complete end of day closing tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Salary : $12 - $14
