What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at Foundation Communities Inc?
Position Description: The Dallas Community Tax Centers are currently seeking individuals to fill the positions of Intake Specialists at our tax preparation sites for the upcoming tax season. This position requires excellent people skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. The Intake Specialist will be the front line for our tax preparation services by assisting clients with the sign in and intake form process, determining eligibility and maintaining order in the waiting area.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Direct clients through the intake process
- Determine eligibility and process accordingly
- Administer and collect surveys from clients
- Assist Site Manager with duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:

Preferred Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish
Compensation
$18/hour
