Foster CM Group, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, results driven, Talent Acquisition Specialist in the San Antonio, Austin, or Dallas area with experience in identifying, recruiting, and selecting the best qualified candidates in the A/E/C industry, specifically the Project Management/Construction Management consulting industry.

Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Depending on location, this position is an in-person position but remote/work from home may be considered.

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process across multiple offices, from requisition development through candidate selection and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to assess workforce planning needs, forecast hiring demands, and develop recruiting strategies that support business objectives.
- Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies to identify, engage, and secure top A/E/C industry talent.
- Work closely with department leaders to develop role-specific job descriptions and screening questions that align with business and hiring needs.
- Publish and maintain job postings across various recruitment platforms to maximize candidate reach and engagement.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they possess the technical qualifications, industry experience, and professional competencies required for A/E/C positions.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and project leadership teams to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
- Proactively source, engage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified A/E/C professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, employee referrals, networking events, and other strategic recruiting channels.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and manage recruiting budgets, track key performance indicators-KPI’S, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, recruitment activities, interview feedback, and hiring status changes to ensure accurate and real-time reporting
- Generate and distribute reports that track and communicate key talent acquisition metrics, recruiting activities, and hiring performance outcomes.
- Contribute to special projects and perform additional responsibilities as needed to support talent acquisition and organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred. Seven years of relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing full-cycle recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting for the following roles in the A/E/C industry: Program Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls, Document Controls, Construction Inspections, and other related roles
- Demonstrated corporate and/or staffing agency experience with direct and contract hiring
- Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in the A/E/C professional consulting industry.
