As a Member Service Specialist (Call Center Representative) you will be a trusted financial advisor for our members, while maintaining professionalism on and off the telephone.
Daily responsibilities consist of:
- Problem solving and member account maintenance
- Using multiple systems to process member’s requests
- Identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
- Collaborating with peers and supervisors on a daily basis
- Providing excellent member service over the telephone

What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred Call Center Experience
- Previous Customer Service Experience
