About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team delivering large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects across Texas.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value developments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
This position is ideal for a motivated Project Manager with strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and a proven background within mission critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and preconstruction through final delivery
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control processes
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, design teams, and client stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting on project progress and performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving programme milestones
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and operational standards
• Support change management, contract administration, and design coordination activities
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout all project phases
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently within live or critical operating environments
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Data Center or Mission Critical construction projects
• Background working with General Contractors, Consultancies, or Owner’s Representative firms preferred
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery and technical building systems
• Experience managing large-scale or technically complex projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
• Ability to work within fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
