Forte Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-centered Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values strong patient relationships, teamwork, and continued professional growth within a supportive clinic environment. Our clinic combines evidence-based orthopedic care with opportunities for involvement in sports performance, pre and post-op care, occupational health, pelvic health, and pediatrics. Responsibilities
• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education
• Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and staff
• Complete timely documentation within our EMR system (Prompt EMR)
• Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations
• Contribute positively to clinic culture and patient experience

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Arizona PTA license in good standing
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
