What You’ll Love
Total Compensation
- Approximately $98,000–$112,000 total annual compensation (Hourly pay tiered incentives signing bonus or student loan repayment CEU reimbursement)
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- Productivity incentives allowing you to earn up to $2,500 per month

- Provide exceptional care in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising PTs
- Deliver hands-on manual and functional therapy
- Support pre/post-operative rehab, chronic/acute rehab, sports rehab, and return-to-work programs
- Collaborate with your clinical team to optimize care
- Use a modern, streamlined EMR to document, track, and report clinical progress
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements
- Treats patients of all ages with individualized orthopedic and sports-focused care
- Offers a broad menu of services including joint mobilization, soft-tissue mobilization, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise
- Provides return-to-sport and return-to-work programming
- Convenient extended weekday hours for better patient access
- Located inside Esporta Fitness, supporting athletic and active populations
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current Arizona PTA license (or eligibility)
- Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
