Responsibilities
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy interventions
• Deliver patient education with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within Prompt EMR
• Collaborate closely with therapists and administrative staff to support excellent patient care and clinic operations
• Contribute positively to clinic culture and patient experience

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program
• Current Arizona Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Pelvic health experience or training preferred
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
