As a Systems Technician intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of Help Desk requests, installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software, setting up new computers, troubleshooting hardware and software failures, training and providing technical support to end users, maintaining security measures, troubleshooting network connection problems and maintaining system and network standards.
You'll have the opportunity to work with our Systems and Cybersecurity department on Help Desk requests to support the day-to-day operations pertaining to IT issues. We are looking for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and are interested in a career in this field. If you think you'd like working in a fast-paced, people-focused, problem-solving environment helping coworkers with their computer and technology needs, this is the ideal internship for you.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college or university
- Previous internship experience is preferred
- Must be pursuing a degree in a related field
