Fort Wayne Metals is seeking a highly motivated intern to support process improvement initiatives within the company. This internship offers hands-on experience in evaluating and enhancing operational procedures, with exposure to compliance, documentation, and cross-department collaboration. Education & Experience Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college or university
- Previous internship experience is preferred
- Must be pursuing a degree in a related field
Job Responsibilities
- Work 40 hours a week
- Working with the assigned mentor and team to complete your project
- Will vary based on project details
Skills Needed
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Must be able to access all areas of operation, including second floors
- Sitting/standing for long periods of time
