DOCUMENTATION CONTROL SPECIALIST
Seeking a Document Control Specialist who has experience in engineering or construction industries responsible for ensuring quality of document control deliverables meets company standards.
- Ensure documentation deliverables meet company standards. Provide oversight and maintain engineering documentation on EPC projects
- Provided oversight of vendor data activities on projects; ensure that the quality of vendor data deliverables meets expected standards
- Receive all document deliverables (engineering drawings, etc) and log them into the document control system,
- Initiate workflows, create and distribute transmittals to the clients, vendors, and project personnel
- Upload and distribute documents/drawings to Project internal site, SharePoint, or Client’s EDMS System as needed
- Maintain Master Document Register logs utilizing the document control system throughout the project.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within engineering or construction industry maintaining engineering documentation/drawings.
