Structural Engineer Lead
We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer with a strong background in the engineering and design of concrete and steel structures, foundations, and supports for industrial capital projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality structural designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed engineering designs for concrete and steel structures, foundations, and supports for industrial capital projects
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety and performance requirements
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to coordinate design efforts
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members on structural design best practices
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure design compliance with project requirements
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering and design, with a focus on industrial capital projects
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience working on multi-disciplinary project teams is a plus
