This position is responsible for the hands on maintenance of the facility’s buildings, grounds and related equipment. It is expected that a Skilled Maintenance Worker will complete technical maintenance assignments independently and without direction.

2-4 years prior experience in building trades or building maintenance preferred. HVAC Skills a must. Carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing skills all essential.  

Must have a clean NYS driver's license Must be able to lift 75#, climb ladders, and operate power tools and equipment safely. Overtime and on call responsibilities are required.
