GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Meets the daily requirements of the department through proper supervision of the staff during meal service and through the daily workflow of the operation. Ensures trayline accuracy is met and that the residents needs are met. Maintains scheduling requirements of the department and fills positions as needed to meet work requirements.
