Forsyth Barnes is hiring Trainee Recruiters to join our growing New York office. You’ll be trained into a full-desk recruitment role, working with both clients and candidates from first call through to final placement.

The role
You’ll learn how to:
- Win new business
- Build relationships with hiring managers
- Source and headhunt candidates
- Manage interviews and offers
- Negotiate and close deals
- Earn commission on every placement
This is a phone-based, target-driven sales role with full training.
Who we’re looking for
Sales experience will help you stand out, especially outbound sales, B2B sales, telesales, lead generation, door-to-door, real estate, automotive, or financial services sales.
You should be ambitious, competitive, resilient, confident speaking to new people, motivated by money, and open to coaching.
