This role sits within the digital product organization and focuses on AutoShip and post-purchase fulfillment across the omni-channel experience. It is a senior-level position requiring strong end-to-end product delivery capabilities, working closely with product leadership to translate strategy into actionable execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end product delivery for AutoShip and post-purchase/fulfillment workstreams, from strategy through execution
• Translate high-level product strategy into well-defined epics, features, and requirements
• Partner closely with Product Leads and Product Owners, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and execution through strong collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Build, gather, and refine detailed product requirements to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
• Support delivery within an agile environment using tools across the Atlassian suite
Requirements:
• 7 years of product management experience with strong end-to-end delivery ownership
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, including writing and refining epics and features
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the broader Atlassian suite
• Strong experience working in agile environments with close collaboration across engineering and product teams
• Background in digital, e-commerce, or omni-channel environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of technical and data fundamentals
Nice to have:
• Product Owner experience or certification
• Experience within retail environments
