Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company, and its affiliates (“FSL”), is a profitable and growing organization that offers many of the industry’s most innovative individual and group life and health products and related services to clients, corporations, employers and individuals, specializing in customized insurance products for niche markets.
Position Summary
This position plays a key role in the assessment, development and documentation of new and existing FSL life and health insurance products and programs. This position will work with and provide direction to a number of cross functional teams in the organization and external partners.
Expectations
- Assist with the evaluation of new product and distribution opportunities.
- Facilitate the product development process
- Draft product specifications and maintain product documentation files
- Assist with responses to product filing objections
- Review product and rate related materials produced by FSL’s marketers
- Prepare and deliver new product presentations
- Field product questions
- Research and analyze competitors’ products
- Provide back-up support for FSL’s Product Coordinator
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requisites
- 5-10 years in the life and health insurance industry
- Health and Life Insurance product development experience preferred
- Compliance and/ or actuarial support background preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
