What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Associate position at FORMULIFE, LLC?
The primary duty of a Production worker is to put together finished products and the various pieces that go together to form finished products on a production line. This may include filling, bottling, labeling, packaging and lifting. This position reports directly to the Production Manager or Supervisor
General Responsibilities:
- Operates production machinery on a production line.
- Identifies defective components.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Work on the production line and ensure all products meet specs.
- Clean the production line as needed throughout the workday.
- Fill out and maintain logs and all pertinent documentation involving production.
- Abide by all safety protocols and be reactive to your environment.
- Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded product.
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
