A Short Summary of Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will ideally have several years of progressing responsibility with the ability to track and achieve department performance, with clear accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) impacting the department, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics. They will partner cross‑functionally (Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR) to drive department results and lead department performance by establishing and sustaining a disciplined lean management system that drives consistent, predictable results. Maintain a daily presence on the production floor to observe processes, engage with employees, identify abnormalities, and reinforce standard work by conducting daily accountability meetings, visual performance reviews, and routine follow‑up on actions and countermeasures. Responsible to build, develop, and mentor a high functioning team of supervisors and front‑line leaders to manage daily performance, escalate issues appropriately, and lead structured problem‑solving. Work as a partner with the union to effectively resolve issues as they arise.

We’re Looking for A Self-Starter Who Meets the Following Requirements:
- B.S. in Business or Engineering preferred
- Microsoft Office experience with ERPLX/SAP/other equivalent
- Must be capable of working extended and off-shift hours on a non-routine basis
