The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of CLS experience and is committed to providing high-quality laboratory services. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.Analyze and interpret laboratory results, ensuring compliance with established protocols.Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Adhere to safety and quality control standards in all laboratory activities.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate test results.Document and report discrepancies or abnormal results promptly.Participate in training and mentoring of laboratory staff as needed.Requirements1 to 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lab Scientist (preferred).Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Certificate or diploma in Clinical Laboratory Science.Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a religious exemption letter.Strong laboratory experience and understanding of laboratory protocols.SkillsProficient in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.BenefitsHealth insurance.Referral program.If you are passionate about providing exceptional laboratory services and are looking for an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!
