What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Office Receptionist position at Forgey Chiropractic?
Our office needs to hire a front desk reception position for three days a week . Wednesday 830-530, Thursday 830-1 and Saturday 830-1
Approximately 20-24 hours per week
Background in insurance billing or accounts receivable is a plus, but not required. Knowledge in scheduling software is highly desirable.
Job responsibilities include:
Collecting Payments in person and over the phone
Patient Scheduling/Management via phone and email
EHR filing and Patient Records Requests
Printing/Scanning/Faxing
Cleaning/Tidying up common areas
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
