Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, carriers, and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy
- Develop and maintain efficient inventory control processes, including FIFO practices
- Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to support operational needs
- Track key logistics metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics personnel
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and transportation issues
- Maintain organization and efficiency throughout the warehouse and distribution process
Qualifications
- 5 years of logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience coordinating freight, carriers, and shipping documentation
- Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
