Brand Representative (Energy Client)

Forge Industries is growing throughout the Fort Wayne area and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as a Brand Representative. Working inside retail locations, the Brand Representative introduces customers to Just Energy's products and services while creating positive experiences that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

As a Brand Representative, you'll spend your day meeting new people, building confidence through in-person interactions, and learning valuable communication and sales skills. This opportunity is ideal for individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurant, or entry-level sales backgrounds who want a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow. Every Brand Representative plays an important role in helping customers learn about energy options while supporting brand visibility throughout the community.

Core Functions of the Brand Representative

• Engage customers in retail environments and introduce Just Energy products and services
• Create positive conversations that increase brand awareness and customer interest
• Learn how to identify customer needs and connect them with available energy solutions
• Support sales initiatives by generating interest and helping customers understand available options
• Work closely with fellow Brand Representative team members to support campaign goals and sales performance
• Build trust through professional communication and customer-focused interactions
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process while ensuring a positive experience
• Participate in ongoing Brand Representative training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales development
