Entry Level Brand Ambassador

Forge Industries is hiring an Entry Level Brand Ambassador to represent Just Energy inside busy retail locations throughout the Fort Wayne area. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll work directly with customers, introduce energy programs designed to help homeowners save on their utility costs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador

• Represent the Just Energy brand inside retail locations while creating welcoming experiences for customers.
• Introduce customers to available energy programs and explain how Just Energy's services can help meet their household needs.
• Demonstrate strong sales and communication skills by recommending solutions based on each customer's goals.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring every interaction is accurate, professional, and efficient.
• Support retail marketing campaigns, promotional events, and in-store initiatives that increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve daily sales goals while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Learn how promotional marketing, customer engagement, and sales strategies work together to drive business results.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to strengthen your sales, marketing, and customer service skills while growing as a Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications of the Brand Ambassador

• 0-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, coffee shops, customer service, athletics, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships in a face-to-face environment.
• Positive attitude with an interest in developing professional sales and marketing experience.
• Motivated to learn how customer engagement and retail marketing contribute to long-term sales success.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to start conversations and educate customers.
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to grow professionally.
• Excited to represent a nationally recognized energy brand while building valuable sales experience.
