As a Retail Sales Associate, your days won't look the same twice. Day to day as a Retail Sales Associate, you can expect to:
- Represent the Forge Industries brand with confidence and authenticity at retail settings and community events throughout the Fort Wayne area
- Engage and qualify prospective customers through genuine, consultative conversations
- Clearly communicate the value of renewable energy solutions in a way that makes sense to everyday consumers
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial interest to closed agreement
- Track your activity and results, contributing to team targets and reporting on pipeline progress
- Partner with your team and leadership to refine messaging, strengthen promotions, and improve the customer experience in the field
- Participate in ongoing Retail Sales Associate training focused on customer engagement, promotions, and professional development
- Support community promotions and outreach initiatives designed to increase customer awareness
