The Opportunity
Forge & Flight Holdings is building a government services team supporting U.S. Army Reserve headquarters operations at Fort Bragg. This position is pending contract award.
The Program Lead Analyst is a named Key Personnel position, subject to government client approval, and must be available at contract award. You are the on-site program representative for all contract activities at Fort Bragg, the primary interface with the government Contracting Officer Representative, and responsible for the performance of all contract staff at Fort Bragg and eight distributed locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site representative for all contract activities at U.S. Army Reserve Headquarters, Fort Bragg
- Submit the Quality Control Plan to the government client within 30 days of contract award
- Serve as the primary government client interface — performance reviews, corrective actions, contract compliance
- Oversee all Fort Bragg contract personnel supporting personnel, operations, and logistics staff sections
- Coordinate with the Task Lead Analyst and eight analysts at distributed Army Reserve locations
- Ensure all recurring reports and deliverables are submitted on schedule
- Manage staff compliance, timekeeping, and billing accuracy
- Brief Army Reserve command leadership on contract performance as directed
Required
- Active Secret security clearance — U.S. citizenship required; interim clearance acceptable pending final adjudication
- 7 years of management or supervisory experience
- 4 years of Department of Defense staff leadership at brigade level or above
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior military officers and government contracting officials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive briefing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military professional education
- Available at contract award — named position requiring government client approval
Preferred
- Special Operations Forces background — Special Forces, Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations, or Ranger-qualified
- Experience managing multi-location government services contracts
- Prior experience as a Contracting Officer's Representative or contractor program manager
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Pay: $88,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
