The Opportunity
Forge & Flight Holdings is building a government services team supporting U.S. Army Reserve headquarters operations at Fort Bragg. This position is pending contract award.
The Task Lead Analyst serves as the designated alternate to the Program Lead Analyst and assumes full program management authority in that person's absence. The role requires formal designation in writing to the Contracting Officer at the post-award conference. If the Program Lead Analyst is unavailable for any reason, the Task Lead Analyst runs the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full program authority when the Program Lead Analyst is on leave or otherwise unavailable
- Provide daily support across contract oversight, government client interface, and performance reporting
- Manage day-to-day work assignments for on-site staff at Fort Bragg
- Monitor deliverable schedules and ensure all recurring reports are submitted on time
- Coordinate with analysts at eight distributed locations on reporting, staffing support, and compliance
- Support quality control plan development, performance reporting, and corrective action tracking
Required
- Active Secret security clearance — U.S. citizenship required; interim clearance acceptable pending final adjudication
- 7 years of management or supervisory experience
- 4 years of Department of Defense staff leadership at brigade level or above
- Ability to assume full program lead duties without gap — fully interchangeable with the Program Lead Analyst
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military professional education
- Available at contract award for post-award designation to the Contracting Officer
- Active Government Travel Card eligibility and valid government-issued identification
Preferred
- Special Operations Forces or Army Reserve senior officer or NCO background
- Prior experience as an executive officer, deputy program manager, or senior plans officer
- Experience supporting multi-location Department of Defense services contracts
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Pay: $83,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
