Duties

• Efficiently load and unload shipments (Heavy Lifting is required) ability to operate forklift and pallet jacks while adhering to safety standards.
• Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements and update records precisely.
• Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking supplies, organizing materials handling areas, and conducting regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Support manufacturing or construction-related activities as needed, including heavy lifting and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Building maintenance, janitorial cleaning, office cleaning, light construction and maintenance as required and directed by managment

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or manufacturing.
• Skilled in inventory management systems and platforms; experience with RF scanners is highly desirable.
• Valid certification for operating heavy equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks; mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during order picking & packing tasks.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to materials handling and warehouse operations.
• Prior experience in warehouse supervision or management roles is advantageous but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
