Office Furniture Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Furniture Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient installation, assembly, and setup of office furniture and fixtures across various client sites. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, contributing to a professional environment that enhances our clients’ workspace experience. Responsibilities

• Safely transport and handle office furniture components using hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation instructions to ensure precise assembly and placement of furniture.
• Assemble desks, cubicles, shelving units, conference tables, and other office fixtures according to specifications.
• Install hardware such as brackets, handles, locks, and electrical fixtures as needed for complete setup.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and secure fastening of all installed items to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address site-specific requirements.
• Maintain a clean work environment during and after installations while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience with construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to furniture installation.
• Experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments with a focus on cabinetry or fixture installation.
• Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed craftsmanship in woodwork or metal fabrication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to site conditions or design changes.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
