Prolink Warehouse Associate

Overview:

Under minimum supervision, work safely and efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards by performing processes and operating necessary equipment.

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to:

Transporting material and maintaining proper inventory locations.

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following:

-Regular and predictable attendance.

-Operate forklift and or/crane to transport belting material within the fabrication area to ensure that the proper material is available when and where needed as indicated on order form.

-Properly re-tag belting material as necessary.

-Accurately assign new location numbers as necessary.

-Return material to its proper inventory rack location.

-Perform other duties as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

-Ability to read and understand order forms and inventory control tags indicating article and

location numbers.

-Ability to independently and safely operate standard forklift, crane, and 4-way lift.

-Satisfactory completion of required Forbo training programs.

-Working knowledge of basic computer applications for data input.

-Must be able to frequently and independently lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver large rolls of

belting material weighing in excess of 500 lbs.

-Forklift license or experience

WORKING CONDITIONS INCLUDE:

-Required to work around and/or with cutting tools, forklifts, and machinery which

could cause cuts, abrasions, burns, bruises or fractures to hands or other body parts

-Possible exposure to chemical vapors/odors

-Temperature range of 68 - 72 degrees

-Humidity between 50 - 55%

-Temperature range, 68 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit
