About the Role:
Release and date orders based on capacity, material availability to meet customer requests and improve OTD (On Time Delivery).
Tasks and duties
- Daily tasks include:
- Check SAP for new orders in the system
- Release and date orders daily based on material availability plus lead time
- Ability to use SAP for scheduled manufacturing dates or PO dates from Europe on material needs
- Request blocks to be removed by CSR
- Attend meetings when required
- Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably
- Comply with all regulations, laws, policies, and ISO requirements
