About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Community Manager (Technical) to lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
This role sits within the Global Digital Strategy & Go-to-Market team and will focus on building an AI-enabled culture—driving awareness, training, and adoption across a global organization.
You’ll act as the bridge between AI technology and business impact, ensuring teams are equipped to use AI responsibly and effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute the AI enablement roadmap aligned to business goals
- Build and manage a global AI community (workshops, webinars, internal channels, champions network)
- Design and deliver AI training programs tailored across functions (Marketing, Ops, Finance, etc.)
- Translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases for non-technical audiences
- Partner with Product, IT, L&D, and business teams to drive adoption and remove barriers
- Track and report on AI adoption, usage, and impact via dashboards and analytics
- Support change management, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Stay current on AI tools, trends, and enhancements to continuously improve adoption
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years in technology adoption, enablement, or technical community management
- Strong knowledge of LLMs (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) and prompt engineering
- Experience building training programs, workshops, and scalable learning content
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Background in product, Agile/Scrum, or change management environments
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional executive stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise AI rollouts or enablement (ChatGPT preferred)
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Trello
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading workshops
- Experience in large, fast-paced corporate environments
