What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Creators Fellowship – Community Builder position at TruGen AI?
Exclusive 8-Week Program
We’re accepting applications for the AGC Fellowship program. This cohort is focused on a specific kind of fellow: someone who builds energy in a room, expands a network by showing up, and makes communities stronger just by being part of them.
This is the perfect opportunity to fast-track growth for your career and network in a booming space.
The AI GTM Club (AGC) is a network of operators and executives at the forefront of go-to-market who are using AI to transform the GTM space. The AGC Fellowship is your chance to be part of building that future.
Fellows spend 8 weeks inside the AGC ecosystem engaging with practitioners, supporting events, and building the relationships that compound over a career.
- Access to events with top operators and executives
- An 8-week AI GTM program built on real frameworks, not recycled theory
- Structured support for building a public presence in the AI GTM space
- Direct relationships with teams actively experimenting with AI in their GTM motions
Fellows are participants, not spectators. Community Builder fellows focus their energy on expanding the room. Throughout the program, you’ll:
- Engage with professionals in the space and help grow the AGC network through genuine relationship-building
- Support and help coordinate events happening across the community
- Bring new voices into AGC by inviting peers and colleagues who belong in the conversation
- Show up consistently and bring energy to every room you’re in
You’re a student or early in your career – in a GTM, sales ops, revenue ops, or marketing role – and you have a natural ability to connect people and make communities more alive. You want to build a network, not just watch one from the outside.
Strong signal you’re a fit:
- You’re the person who introduces people and follows up – not because you have to, but because you want to
- You’re in a GTM-adjacent role and want to expand your presence beyond your current company or team
- You actively seek out operators and practitioners to learn from – not waiting to be introduced
- You want a network, not just a credential, and you understand that networks are built by giving first
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Cohort spots are limited.
