Duration: Approximately 3 years

Schedule: 40 hours Mon through Fri with strong potential for overtime up to 60 to 72 hours/week based on project demands
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Scheduler to support a large-scale power generation construction project in Pennsylvania. This individual will provide onsite planning and scheduling leadership throughout the construction lifecycle and serve as the primary scheduling interface between site leadership, project management, contractors, and project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong construction scheduling experience on large industrial or energy infrastructure projects and be capable of managing schedule development, progress tracking, critical path analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning in a fast-paced project environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6
- Coordinate schedule activities with site management, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Track project progress and maintain accurate schedule reporting and forecasting
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts while developing recovery plans and acceleration scenarios
- Lead schedule coordination meetings and support look ahead planning activities
- Support contractor schedule integration and interface milestone management
- Perform schedule analysis, what if scenarios, and construction progress assessments
- Maintain schedule documentation and project history for commercial and contractual purposes
- Ensure schedule quality, logic integrity, and timely updates throughout project execution
Qualifications:
- Strong experience supporting large scale industrial, power generation, EPC, or infrastructure construction projects
- Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling experience required
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls principles
- Experience performing schedule analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic construction environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work extended hours onsite as project demands increase
