Contracts Manager
Location: Pennsylvania
Duration: Long term contract assignment
Schedule: 40 hours per week with potential overtime based on project needs
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support a large-scale industrial energy construction project. This role will oversee site based commercial and contractual activities, working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to manage risk, track project impacts, and support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and contractual issues related to site construction activities, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Track delays, change orders, claims, back charges, and project risks while maintaining detailed documentation and reporting
- Support subcontract administration including payment reviews, milestone tracking, and commercial compliance
- Coordinate with project leadership to identify schedule impacts, cost exposures, and mitigation strategies
- Prepare meeting minutes, notices, claims documentation, and contractual correspondence
- Participate in project progress and coordination meetings to monitor commercial performance and contractual obligations
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or claims administration on large industrial or infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting EPC, power generation, transmission, or heavy industrial construction projects preferred
- Strong understanding of contracts, claims management, schedule impacts, and risk mitigation
- Ability to manage complex project documentation and communicate effectively with project teams and subcontractors
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field preferred
