- Lead day-to-day performance across loan and deposit operations

- Improve workflows, controls, and operational efficiency across teams
- Oversee core systems, vendor relationships, and system enhancements

What You’ll Bring:
- Strong background in banking operations with hands-on leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of lending and deposit processes and infrastructure

- Familiarity with core banking platforms (FIS, Jack Henry, CSI, or similar)
