2nd Shift Supervisor – Food Manufacturing (M-F / 1:30 PM Start)
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a highly-regulated, quality-focused manufacturing food production environment are requirements to be considered
- This is a 2nd shift position, with M-F hours from 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM and potentially two Saturdays per month
- Salary is up to $75,000 based on experience
- Time and a half is paid for all hours worked on Saturday plus bonus potential
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing production team, overseeing scheduling and daily work assignments.
- Strategically plan and coordinate material flow and resources to optimize production efficiency and meet output targets
- Champion a culture of excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring compliance with all food safety protocols
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures, methods, and equipment effectiveness
- Serve as a key liaison across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
- A high level of organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Experience working in a union environment and with conflict resolution is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or Green Card holder
