As a Key Account Manager with Food Express, you’ll be at the forefront of our business in the Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC metro areas. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and drive growth within an exciting, fast-paced industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal operational teams.
- Resolve any issues or problems faced by clients and customers regarding Food Express/Snackworks Breakroom Service in a timely manner.
- Travel through assigned territory to call on existing assigned customers.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams.
- Renegotiate new agreements if needed.
- Negotiate new pricing if needed.
- Hold quarterly reviews with clients.
- Look for opportunities to improve profitability of each client location.
- Help manage and market the products at the client locations to better improve client and customer experience and Food Express/Snackwork’s profitability with products and service.
- Look for opportunities to sell in additional services at client locations.
- Goal of 100% Retention of all managed client accounts.
